This was my 2nd time at this hotel. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from Norbury Station with easy access to Central London and 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, large and had everything I needed. To make it perfect, a new mattress would be the icing on the cake. The hotel facilities are great - you do your own catering in the kitchen and I used their laundry facilities. Overall, basic, clean, well-priced and well worth it.
Clean rooms, great Morning break fast service (DIY). almost -cozy and comfortable,except noise from upstairs and old flashing water tank of toilet in guest room. We will come again ! Thanks.

Property was well maintained and clean. The experience with check in was so smooth that the property owner deserved a credit for it. We constantly received messages for the details that was fantastic. They had a clean kitchen with all the amenities and sitting area. Even, check out was also smooth for us.

Good hotel with breakfast. It's small hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is near railway station Norbury. You can eat breakfast anytime. In kitchen room, you have fridge and if you wake up at 11am or 4pm, you can go to breakfast :-)
Very nice stay: smooth check in/check out, large, quiet room, comfy bed, kitchen facilities to cook your own breakfast (fridge stocked with fruit, bacon and eggs, milk, jam, bread, cheese), microwave your meals. There's even a separate fridge where you can keep your own food so ideal for a longer stay. The manager is very nice and helpful. The apartments at the back of the building have been renovated to a very good standard. As for the area, it looks a bit scruffy but not rough and you can get anywhere within a reasonable time-scale by bus (50 to Croydon bus stop in front of the house) or the nearby train station.
